| Artist’s Biography | : | Dato Ahmad Sabki was born in Kuala Kangsar, Perak. Both of his parents were Malay school teachers, and he immediately began singing at school concerts. During his “freshie days” at university, some seniors forced him to sing as a kind of ragging, but instead of feeling intimidated, Dato Sabki discovered that he relished the opportunity to sing in public and meet many of the other seniors. He has since developed a strong interest in music, despite the fact that he does not play an instrument. |
