| Artist’s Biography | : | Oddweek is an alternative rock band from Lumut, Perak, created by musician Haziq Hamsa. Initially a solo project during the epidemic, Haziq aspired to expand his musical horizons beyond his roots in the local hardcore-punk scene. The project later grew to include members Syamil Syahiran and Qusyairi Ashikhin. With over five years of experience as session musicians for local acts like Teman Lelaki and Lovethee, the band brings a blend of heartfelt storytelling and raw musical energy. Their debut EP, featuring the single “Darkness,” was recorded at Nagarakota Studio, Lumut, and produced by Mohd Najmi Bin Jamaluddin, with support from Dana Kreatif Perak (DKP@PORT). |
