| Artist’s Biography | : | Mohd Jayzuan, the founder of Projek Rabak in Ipoh, Malaysia, has been a significant figure in the country’s indie arts scene since the mid-1990s. His book, Jalang Indie Rock, captures the essence of the Malaysian underground music scene and its diverse influences from countercultures and subcultures. He represented Malaysia in Birmingham 22 through the British Council’s Culture Connect program and also took part in the 59th Venice Biennale and documenta fifteen. |
