| Artist’s Biography | : | May is a Malaysian heavy metal band founded in Ipoh in 1986. Mohd Saarip bin Yaakob (Man), Mohd Nassier bin Yusof (Abu), and Mohd Mohtar bin Mohd Madin (Yus) created the band, which was named after their initials. They won the Perak Battle of the Bands in 1986, followed by the national championship. MAY’s lineup has changed multiple times throughout the years, with new vocalists joining the band.
